I needed to find a good and reliable car for my daughter for graduation. I spoke to Dan several times and he was great every conversation. From the moment I walked in to this place, I felt comfortable. Dan greeted me and was so kind and personable. The entire car buying process was seamless. Mark, the finance guy, was also wonderful and helpful. We all talked as if we were family. They really care!! They knew I wanted to surprise my daughter and went out of their way to help make it a great surprise for her. After visiting a few dealerships prior with no results, Star was such a wonderful and amazing surprise and experience. I can't express how grateful I am to Star Motors, Dan and Mark for helping me find a car for my daughter. I even went back to pick something up and they greeted me like family. I will definitely purchase my next car from them.

I just want to thank Alex for trying to help us with getting into another tesla well we didn’t know we were almost upside down on our vehicle but it was worth a try. Well they are really professional and will do everything to satisfy the customer. Would I recommend this dealership YES absolutely.

I bought a car from them recently. They will lie to you and get you invested in the purchase before they slyly tack on extra fees to the purchase price. The window sticker they advertised claimed the car had 19" wheels, and they claimed they had put on brand new tires on the front wheels. I should have checked more closely but after purchase I found out they gave me 18" wheels, and inspection right after purchase revealed 4/32" front and 3/32" rear tread depth on tires that are 10/32" new. One of the first things they had me do when I decided to buy was to pay a $1000 down payment on the car via credit card. This was before they had shown me any paperwork, and before they disclosed that there would be an additional $2000 in "dealer fees" added to the purchase price. They had me hooked at that point so it made it hard to argue. The sales guy was rude through the whole experience too. Whenever I pointed out an obvious problem with the car like scratches all over the body, deteriorating bushings on the rear diff, and unbalanced vibrating wheels he would downplay my concerns and act as though I shouldn't care about these problems. After bringing the car home I found that the engine ran rough on cold start and even died once. Looking back to the sales experience they made sure to have the car already running whenever I saw it, rather than have me see the cold start for myself. They clearly don't care about establishing an honest reputation, just about moving cars as fast as possible while nickel and diming you every step of the way. I felt bad about the purchase the entire time and I should have listened to my gut and walked away. Don't make my mistake.

I had a repair for my car because I was rear-ended and Najeeb was incredibly helpful through the entire experience. He made things very simple and easy for us and was very accessible over the phone to provide us updates any time we asked. He was very gracious in working with us any time we had concerns or issues that came up. Finally, our car repairs looked literally just like new once we got the car back. Our car was handled with a lot of care. We'll always trust this place for all our needs!
